I don't know about you but I can't stand carrying an umbrella (yes I am talking about rain, but it rained yesterday, and weather was quite random). I find it really useless and it is annoying because it makes my bag too heavy for nothing (especially if it doesn't rain in the end).

I have finally found a solution that suits me perfectly. When it was raining I used to get soaked most of the time, but there is another solution to protect yourself from the rain and that works perfectly : just wear a hat. I have tested it during Hard Rock Calling festival, under the rain during hours and I wasn't wet. And as umbrellas were forbidden during the show, it was useless to have one. And if you think you could keep it anyway, your fellow festival neighbors would remind you the rule, or an empty bottle thrown by people behind you that can't see anything would. Yes you can't mess with rules here in England ;)

So I stand out for the use of hats on rainy days, and it is moreover very elegant, why not try it.

PS : I don't believe in the "hats don't suit you, you shouldn't wear one", it is only a question of choosing the right hat for you face. Now it is your turn to try ;)
